From Charles Herold, your Guide to Wii Games

This week I posted two reviews, Sonic Colors and Snakebyte's Remote XL. I hope you'll excuse the extreme enthusiasm of both reviews; I enjoy castigating designers for their mistakes but sometimes they just don't make any and I have no choice but to rave like a fanboy.

The raving may continue. I just started playing Donkey Kong Country Returns and am hugely impressed. I'm a little scared though: reviews are saying the game is maddeningly difficult, and even at the beginning it's pretty tricky, so it may be a tough ride. I've also finally got a keyboard for Rock Band 3, (Harmonix claims that's all they can spare, because they outsourced peripheral manufacturing) so I'll review that as soon as I've succeeded in learning to play Imagine on Expert. I've also got the new Need for Speed Wii game and Pictionary for the new uDraw peripheral, which I'd love to try if I can just talk a few friends into coming over to play it. With whatever else comes in, it's going to be a busy week.
