I've tossed around a few ideas, including Wonder Woman (too cold, too few squats in recent memory), Sherlock Holmes (itchy mustache, boyfriend refused to be Watson) and sexy pumpkin (friends refused to go anywhere with me as long as I was wearing giant underpants, even over a pumpkin costume).   In the Spotlight Most Popular Kids' Halloween Costumes for 2009 So now I'm stuck with my usual plan: Wait until some kid I know comes up with a good costume, and adapt a grown-up version of it. Halloween is about fun, which means as little actual labor as possible as far as I'm concerned.
