About Web Design: CSS float layouts; CSS margins; Web designer skill

This week I'm focusing on CSS: CSS margins and CSS layouts. Margins are important to understand so that you can work with CSS effectively. And then when you understand CSS margins, you can work with CSS float to create layouts without tables. I've created 6 sample layouts using one HTML file and 6 different style sheets.

When you use CSS float for your layouts, you can build a standard HTML template for your pages and then create multiple layouts just by changing the CSS. The important content stays at the top of the HTML file, and the layout is whatever you want it to be.
