Best Books for Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing
Gordon Woolf recommends "A book designers do not like" but explains "Read this book but do not tell other designers. You will then be able to produce layouts which may not look as flashy as some but which will actually get responses from an editorial or an advertising viewpoint." Jim Q has a suggestion of " a great reference book for designers, teachers, and students." Find out what both these books are and add your own suggestions as well.
