This week I report on Nyko's TypePad, a QWERTY keyboard that combines with the Wii remote.

Also, I've been experimenting with going back to playing games, using a wrist splint to protect my RSI-inflicted hands. I've played about an hour of Prince of Persia; The Forgotten Sands and really like it so far. It's got the classic POP-style platforming action that has worked so well in the other games, and it's a nice looking game. Story and voice acting, however, leave something to be desired.


Nyko TypePad - Accessory Review
While the Wii console accepts input from any USB PC keyboard (or Logitech's Wii keyboard), there is a minor frustration in switching between the keyboard and the Wii remote, which has to be used as a mouse when navigating the internet in Wii's Opera browser. For touch typists like me, you have to drop your remote to type, and pick it up again to navigate, a problem best avoided through use of Nyko's TypePad, a small keyboard that attaches to your remote....
