From Jacci Howard Bear, your Guide to Desktop Publishing
Did you miss last week's software issue? It didn't get lost. Just took a break. But I'm back this Monday morning with the downside of some of your favorite software.

Worst Desktop Publishing Upgrade of 2010
Can you guess? I'd love to hear from anyone using the new PrintMaster (2.0 or 2011) or The Print Shop 2.0 who really likes the program. I'm guessing it's not going to be those of you who are long time users -- you've made it clear that this upgrade is a downgrade. But if you are new to Broderbund it may be a good program. Is it the worst upgrade or just a new program with the wrong name.

About That Ribbon
Another major upgrade this year was to Microsoft Publisher. It got the ribbon, first introduced in Office 2007. The Office 2010 ribbon is supposed to be new and improved. Is it? Some users aren't convinced. Tell us about that ribbon.
