Install, Preview, and Delete Fonts in Windows 7
It's much easier than in earlier versions of Windows but if you've never done it, you might appreciate a little pictorial assistance along with some tips. Take a look.

What Fonts Look Like Helvetica?
A lot of people love Helvetica but not everyone has a copy of this popular typeface. You just might have a good Helvetica alternative hiding among some of the hundreds of fonts already on your computer and not even know it. Check this list of potential substitutes. Sure, there's Arial and Swiss, but see what else you can try instead of Helvetica.
