No games to review this week (I was reading an outdated list that made me think one was coming out) so I spent the week checking out WiiWare demos. It's a cool way to play short, free games and perhaps discover something awesome. Right now I'm working on a homebrew how-to article. But mainly I'm waiting for March, when there will finally be some more Wii games coming out.

A Quick Look at Some WiiWare Demos
Lately there just haven't been any Wii games to play. It feels as though all the game developers said in unison, "we need a break from the Wii." So to keep myself amused I've been checking out the free game demos Wii recently started offering on the Wii Shopping Channel. Did they succeed in making me want to play the games they're touting? Some yes, some no. Here are my quick reviews of the demos for Art of Balance, Bit.Trip Beat, Cave Story, Chick Chick Boom, Chronos Twins DX, Fluidity, Lit and Zombie Panic in Wonderland. Read more
