This made me feel a bit cheated, since it feels like I just finished last year's shopping. (That's because ... I just finished last-year's shopping. I have about a million sweaters that I never wear that are begging to be transformed into something useful.   How to Make a Holiday Budget On the other hand, not everyone on my list would appreciate a sweater tote. (It wouldn't go with a thing my Dad wears, for example.) So while I have the time to put a little money aside, I think I'll make an actual budget for holiday spending.
