From Bob Schulties, your About Today Editor
When I say I'm going to start a new exercise routine today, I really mean next week. Or maybe next month. Actually, next year. Just so we're all clear, I mean within the next decade, all right? Boy, time just goes by so quickly when you're eating bacon cheeseburgers.

Get In Shape This Summer (And For Forever)
Speaking of bacon cheeseburgers, I always order two in case I drop one of them (what am I, an animal?). And if I don't drop the first, well, bonus for me. I do not recommend following this diet plan.

Can Pilates Produce Perfection?
First off, what the heck is Pilates? Okay, here are my real questions about Pilates: Can I do it at my desk? Will it make me look Romanesque? Can I do it in a sling? Do I have to put down my Ring Ding? Sorry, that was too big of a set-up not to mention my favorite treat. I beg forgiveness.

Aging and Exercise
Just because you have someone calling you "Grandma" doesn't mean you have to relinquish yourself to the rocking chair and make knitting your primary activity.

Why is Everyone Doing Yoga?
There are some nights when I'm walking home from work and the entire city is empty. The next day, everyone I know is talking about how they went to yoga class. Hot yoga classes, Power yoga classes, restorative yoga, sitting-at-the-bar-while-everyone-is-at-yoga yoga classes. (Guess which one is made up?) Anyway, if you are even a little interested in yoga classes, here's how to start.
