Up, down, up down. No, wait, I mean brain matter. How about: What's the capital of Paraguay? How about calculating the interest on my mortgage during the first 10 years with 1 point upfront? See? Not so easy, is it?

Simple Tricks to Keep Your Mind in Great Shape
Some say coffee helps with memory. That's why I lie in a tub of it first thing in the morning. It's also easier to dunk the toast (no aiming required). If a coffee bath isn't your thing, maybe some brain exercises will help.

Artists: Which Side of Your Brain Dominates?
While I pretend to use the creative side of my brain ("that color doesn't go because it's an improper symbiotic relationship that causes tension in the pretext of the situation") I tend to rely on the side of my brain that can figure out, "Who ate the last Oreo?!" I'm not sure which part of my brain ignores that I'm still holding that last Oreo.

Memory Tricks for Tests
I can remember cheating on a test (the whole class did -- don't look at me that way). We came up with a song that I still remember. It was along the lines of: DAD BAC D FOURC, etc. Yeah, multiple choice. If it makes you feel any better, our teacher caught us.
